LIGHT, LEXI + BABY ELI

First off I want to say that I love this couple. From being friends with Light for years to meeting the gorgeous, kind Lexi when they became a couple to photographing their proposal, engagement, and wedding, we’ve had history. AND NOW, they gave me the incredible honor of photographing this next chapter in their life! Talk about feeling those warm fuzzies inside. As always, they’re up for my wild ideas so I surprised them with this backyard set up, and we had MORE than fun with it. Their baby shower theme was, “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade,” and it was quite funny when we realized I had unintentionally decorated with lemons. That’s when you know we’re good friends, ha!

Update: Baby Elijah was born about 2-3 weeks after this session. Can’t wait to photograph his face!! ;)
